Entrainment -

In DEEPAK CHOPRA'S BOOK, ‘POWER FREEDOM AND GRACE’, there is a section that speaks about the vibration of the body, matching with the vibration of the universe, it goes on to speak about a newborn baby's heartbeat synchronizing with that of it’s mother.

The Dutch physicist Christian Huygens, a contemporary of Isaac Newton, discovered Entrainment in the 17th century. Huygens was also the inventor of the pendulum "Grandfather" clock. He had a room full of these types of clocks, of various sizes. One day he went around the room starting the pendulums of the clocks, in motion at different times. When he left the room, the pendulums were all swinging individually. When he returned the next day, he found that all the pendulums of the grandfather clocks were all moving in same motion that “left to right

We experience entrainment quite often, shifting and changing with the different external vibrations we're exposed to. We also experience entrainment all the time with regards to our internal rhythms. Our heart rate, breathing rate and brain wave activity all entrain with each other. If you want to experience this immediately, simply take a few deep, long breaths. By slowing down your respiration in this manner, you are also slowing down your heart rate and your respiration. Conversely, when you slow down your brain waves, you also slow down your heart rate and respiration.

Rhythm

Sound is a powerful tool for changing our internal rhythms. There are many different ways of doing this. One way is through rhythm. A typical example of this is contemporary music we listen to, like notes produced by artist such as Enya, Yanni we do know how these rhythmical sounds have an extraordinary effect in calming us down when we are anxious or tensed. If you want to experience this for yourself, simply listen to this excerpt of music and check yourself out. How is the music affecting your heart rate or your breathing?

On a physiological level, the process of listening (and hearing) is interrelated to our organ of hearing- The Ear. The ear is an organ, not only of hearing, but also of balance. Nearly all cranial nerves lead to the ear. The ear is understood to be neurologically involved with the optic nerve, the oculomotor nerve, as well as nerves responsible for the musculature of the neck. The ear is also understood to be tied in with the l0th cranial nerve or the vagus nerve. This nerve affects the larynx and is responsible for vocalization (Talking). The process of listening is interrelated to our process of creating vocal sounds. The bronchi, the heart and the gastro-intestinal tract are also affected by the Vagus nerve and thus, the process of vision, breathing, heart rate, and digestions as well as many other bodily functions are also effected by sound and our ear. The ear, in these terms, may be understood as our primary sensory organ. In addition, research by people such as Dr. Alfred Tomatis, indicates that the sounds we listen to can actually charge our brain and nervous system. Thus the sounds that we hear are actually sonic nutrients for our brain, body and energy systems.

ARTERI(part of the Entrainment series).

This program, works with the Heart Beat, areas of high and low blood pressure, This is where music & meditation is used to tune the body to its correct vibration. With a fast BPM (beat per minute), it can be used to help raise the blood pressure or a slow BPM, lower the blood pressure. And both can be used to slow or speed up the heart rate which effects blood flow, which makes the body and mind shift. Bringing your energy when you feel low, or making you feel calm when you feel anxious and cannot sleep. With the use of sound and music along with a proper diet and mild exercise, walking and core exercise, stability and breathing, can not only change your body but YOUR LIFE. Benefits are great over all feeling, great sleep, inner source of energy, stability, and in both men & women improve your sex life at any age.

For people with low blood pressure, keeping the blood flowing is as important as raising your heart rate. Without movement, but through music and visualization, then moderate stability, walking and training, you start to get better.

The music encompasses a percussion instrument, sounds of rhythmical drumming along with proper notes which will get you moving. This music is known in the pop culture as “house music” which has had a huge influence on health, fitness, fashion, and many other areas as well. From aerobics to the runway this music is known to get the heart going and making you feel great!

For people with High blood pressure, peaceful calming sound effects such as those from the winds, ocean, tuning bell claves & wind chimes are used to relax the body. The use of specific notes that work in the areas of the body that are tense will be used to relax you along with visualization and meditation, through out centuries sound have been used to induce trance, calm babies and even animals, it can slow down your heart rate and you can train your body to deal with stress and pain relaxing and moving with gracefulness and ease.

In both cases your regular trips to the doctor and medication will be a must until further instructions you no longer need to do so by your physician.

The other important aspect of Arteri is Actual ART, in the sense that whether it’s closed eyed visualization or looking at an artwork with open eyes, the Sense of sight profoundly influences your body! When looking at different scenery your brain waves shows distinct patterns that affect your heart rate, blood pressure, stress hormones and so on.

And the basis of aliening all of these areas brings us closer to universal vibration. Synchronizing us in a way that produces a better life. Learning that art, music & foods have higher vibration for your individual body and as a group for families will be indeed magically productive.
